Clubs that run rated tournaments 4

These clubs run events that count for a rating. Nova Time Spor Kulübü’s numbered series at Ritim İstanbul in Maltepe is rated by UKD or by Elo, edition by edition, and has run every one or two weeks. Chess Point Satranç Spor Kulübü numbers its own tournaments too, mostly at Torium in Esenyurt, and held a joint Elo event there with İstiklal Satranç Spor Kulübü, which also sponsored prizes of a provincial final.

Meet-Up Sports Club is known from the FIDE list of rated tournaments for Türkiye, which carries its summer event with Istanbul as the city but names no venue. None of these clubs states a fixed seat on the pages read, so a card cannot tell you where the club meets between tournaments. To play, find the next edition on the chess-results server or the club’s page, check whether a federation licence is required, and register before the deadline.
