The Turkish Chess Federation's Çekmeköy district office runs this inter-school chess tournament with the district youth and sports directorate (GSİM): the chess-results server lists it on 30 May 2025 and, as the 2025–2026 edition, on 6–8 January 2026, both at Yediiklim Okulları in Çekmeköy. The office also ran the Çekmeköy stage of the school sports clubs tournament on 12–13 March 2025 at Derya Öncü Eğitim Kurumları, and Erdem Koleji's 3rd Çekmeköy inter-school tournament on 3 May 2025.
